Chicago and the show is so much fun. This year the Opening Address was delivered by celebrity chef Tyler Florence. What a nice guy! He also was one of the chefs that did a live cooking demonstration in the Cooking Arena that is set up. He made a Bree cheese appetizer, a chicken dish, and a baked apple french toast for dessert. Yummy! He was followed by chef Todd English who owns Olives restaurants.
He made a Seafood Stew. He always makes enough for the audience to taste, which is always a plus because you salivate over their presentation, and your tummy starts the rumbly. Oh and I stood in line afterward to get a pic with Tyler Florence. Wished it was in focus, but what a cutey!
